Liberatory Power in Multiracial Organizations—A Virtual Workshop Series
Details
How does change and transformation actually happen? What do you long for inside of your organization? What habits are holding us back from the change we want to see? This workshop series is an opportunity for you and your team members to reflect on your current or emerging antiracist commitments and practices while looking toward what you want your organization to feel like and be.
This four-part series is designed for social change leaders to participate along with a multiracial team of 1-5 people from your organization.
The series will start on March 3, 2022 and conclude on April 14, 2022.
By the end of this experience, you will have:
understanding of two types of power (liberatory and supremacist) and specific ways your organization is embodying each
clarity about what organizational shifts you’re working towards
practices that help you to embody antiracism in your organization

DETAILS
This offering is for Black-led multiracial organizations who desire to uproot antiBlackness and the legacies of white supremacy from their organizational culture and practices. We design and facilitate a custom process that supports you to imagine and move towards an Embodied Antiracist Organizational Culture (EAOC). Our work together helps you reduce harm and manifest Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) visions and strategies inside your organization.
